RIBA Enterprises comprises a network of retail and service functions established to deliver construction industry professionals effective solutions to their key vocational requirements both within the UK and overseas.
RIBA Enterprises’ operations can be segregated into two functional areas based on two customer types; Information End Users traditionally referred to as “Specifiers” and Advertisers, traditionally known as “Manufacturers”. The systems and processes in place failed to enable RIBAe to integrate data as information from these data-silos in a timely and cost efficient manner, and could not produce the reporting output management required to make informed decisions on customer behaviour and ensure sustainable services.
A Business Intelligence Solution was required to mine the inherent value locked within, and gathered from, RIBA Enterprises’ combined operations, enabling cross organisation performance analysis and Information Insight into customer buying behavior.
