The Discover phase of DRIVE identifies the readiness of an enterprise to implement a Business Intelligence solution and identifies the methods and metrics by which it will manage its corporate performance.

The Assess service within Discover assesses the feasibility of starting the project by asking key questions which probe the ability of the organisation to embrace the necessary change.

In the Analyse service the enterprise’s metrics, reporting requirements and change programmes are defined.
